KUL ride is a Romanian on-demand transport platform under both legal regimes: ride-hailing (ordinance 49/2019) and chauffeured hire for companies (law 38/2003). Founding Partners pay a joining fee per driver seat and get a reduced commission for as long as we work together. Launching in 44 cities on 1 June 2027.
